Project Management Intern

Job description

1. To support project managers’ daily work in project planning, implementation, monitoring and controlling, and closing phase

2. Support project documentation management (technical solution, translation, signature process)

3. Support ECR from initialization phase to implementation phase

4. Support the RFQ for development instrument (hardware and software)

5. Partially support Project Management System optimization and continuously improvement (software development project)

Requirements

1. Major in engineering background, e.g. computer science, electronic, automation; the first year of graduate student preferred

2. Software project experience preferred, C#/JAVA/SQL

3. Strong data analysis ability and logical thinking ability

4. Good office skills about Excel, Word, PPT

5. Self-organized working required

6. Learning agility

7. Good English skill

8. 3~4 days/week for 4~6 months


HR Intern(OD&TM)

Main task

• Arranging Interview, facilitating the potential assessment center (PAC) which is a special hiring process of JMP(Junior Manager Program)

• Responsible for preparing employee's personnel documents, like contracts, transfer

• Responsible for internal charge with other company, payment with the vendor and candidates' reimbursement

• Other recruiting and employee management issue

Requirement

• Availability of 5 days/week, at least 6 months

• Excellent communication and coordination skills and team spirit

• Detail-oriented and fast-learning capability

Main responsibilities

- Assist HR BP to make arrangement of recruiting, training, etc.

- Responsible for preparing arrangement of workshop/meeting and on-site support

Job description
